Mortgage Life Insurance

Mortgage life insurance ensures that your family, your home and it's contents are protected if an unforeseen event happens to you. Your mortgage is paid off by the life insurance policy and no further mortgage repayments are required. Mortgage life insurance allows your family to continue with the lifestyle they are accustomed to.

If you are looking for mortgage cover in the event of death, critical illness, income loss or unemployment, we can help you. Call us today on 07553 475721.

Life Cover and Critical Illness Cover

If you have dependents, life assurance is particularly important. If you die during the term of the life assurance policy, it pays out to your immediate family. The pay-out can be used to cover any debt including your mortgage, car loans etc. It can also be used to protect your family's finances and their standard of living.

Policies can be taken out to cover for critical illness which pay out on diagnosis of specified critical illneses. If you are diagnosed with a life changing or terminal illness, you might use the policy to pay out for paying off your mortgage or modifications to your house to make life easier for you and your family. In the event where you would prefer private hospital treatment, your pay out can be used for that purpose too.

As with all insurance policies, conditions and exclusions apply. Talk to us to discuss what policy might be suitable for you.

Income Protection

As for so many people every year in the UK, you may one day find yourself unable to work due to illness, disability or injury. Income protection gives you peace of mind to know that in the event of you being unable to work due to illness, disability or injury, your finances will be covered.

The way income protection pays out is on a long term basis. It pays regular amount into your bank account until you are either able to return to work or you retire. We also have policies available which include added extras such as money for hospital stays and rehab costs. Talk us us about the option available to you.

Whole of Life Cover

A Whole of Life Policy pays out a lump sum on your death to your family. Whole of Life policies are often called "Life Assurance".

"Whole of life" insurance will last as long as you live, whilst "level term insurance" will only last for the set period that you decided on when you took out the cover. Whole of life insurance can be a valuable benefit to your loved ones, because it guarantees a pay-out.

Whole of life insurance cover provides a certain level of financial stability to your family. However, if you pass away after your term life insurance contract, there will not be a pay-out. Whole of life insurance cover is generally more expensive than other policies, which is why many people choose level term life insurance.

Keyperson / Shareholder / Partnership Protection

If your business has directors and employees upon which it could not function and may be at risk without, you may choose Keyperson/Shareholder/Partnership protection. If the named person is unable to work due to illness, disability or death, the policy will provide a fixed lump sum.

The benefit will be designed to cover the firm’s expenses in meeting any emergency costs, recruiting a replacement employee and protecting the future of the business.

If a shareholder were to pass away, the firm’s remaining shareholders, directors or partners may want protection that enables them to purchase the deceased’s shares from their estate promptly to maintain control of their business.
